Furthermore the holiday flat has got a west balcony with a sun blind and a beautiful view of the garden. balcony table  and chairs are at your disposal.

The holiday flat offers a large Samsung LCD-TV with satellite television (40 transmitters), a Sony Micro HiFi  music centre with CD-Player,  radio and a tape deck (CD’s of various music styles are available).

Beside a cosy dinette the holiday flat has a separate fully equipped, new and modern fitted kitchen. Most modern kitchen technology offers you Cerium parboiling field with a stove/oven, refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a  toaster,  microwave oven and a coffee machine as well as an electric kettle. The floor mat of the kitchen is also new and complete the kitchen.

The bathroom is well-furnished with a bath with a bath tub with showering device, a hair dryer and a large cosmetic mirror.

In the separate entrance area there is a small wardrobe.

An iron and an ironing board are at your disposal.
