We’d like to show you the cosy and beautiful holiday flat with 39 square metres.
It offers a combined living- and bedroom, a balcony, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with enough place for 2 persons.
The cosy living area is equipped with a pull out couch and a reclining armchair with a coffee table.
The sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable double bed with oversize height of more than 65 cm with reclining duckboards as well as a spacious wardrobe with a complete body mirror.
The holiday flat offers LED- SAT-TV, a CD-player and a radio clock.
Furthermore the holiday flat has got an east balcony with a view on green and trees. Garden furniture are at your disposal.
Besides a dinette the holiday flat has a separate fully equipped fitted kitchen and offers a stove/oven, a toaster, a coffee machine, an electric kettle as well as a refrigerator with a freezing compartment.
The bathroom has a bath tub with showering device, a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror.
In the separate entrance area there is a wardrobe cabinet.
An iron and an ironing board are at your disposal.

Please note that we have to calculate the final cleaning into the rental fee. Therefore we calculate the price within the final cleaning based on the number of the booked nights. For your reservation inquiry we will calcuate the price according to the requested nights.
