We’d like to show you the cosy holiday flat with 39 square metres. It offers a combined living- and bedroom, a balcony, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with enough place for 2 persons.
The cosy living area is equipped with a sofa and an armchair with a glass-topped coffee table.
The holiday flat offers a Sat- TV, a DVD-Player and a radio with CD player and a safe.
Furthermore the holiday flat has got a east balcony with a sun blind and view on green and trees. Garden furniture are at your disposal.
The sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable double bed with reclining duckboards as well as a wardrobe with a complete body mirror.
Besides a dinette the holiday flat has a separate fully equipped fitted kitchen with a hatch to the dinette and offers a stove/oven, microwave, a toaster and an electric kettle as well as a refrigerator with a freezing compartment.
The bathroom has a bath tub with showering device, a hair dryer and cosmetic mirror.
In the separate entrance area there is a small wardrobe cabinet.
An iron and an ironing board are at your disposal.
