We’d like to show you the modern and exclusively furnished holidy flatwith 39 square metres. It offers a combined living- and bedroom, a large balcony, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with enough place for 2 persons.

The equipment of this apartment is held in beautiful blue colours and is harmoniously co-ordinated with accessories pictures and carpets.

The cosy living area is equipped in noble leather, the sleeping area can be separated from the living part. The bright floor mat is newly-made.

There is a leather sofa with a coffee table, a wardrobe with a complete body mirror as well as a comfortable double bed with reclining duckboards.

The sleeping area offers a high comfortable double bed (senior size over 48 cm including mattress) with reclining duckboards and a spacy wardrobe with a complete body mirror.

Furthermore the holiday flat has got a west balcony with a sun blind and a beautiful view of the garden. balcony table and chairs are at your disposal.

The holiday flat offers a large Samsung LCD-TV with satellite television (40 channels), a Sony Micro HiFi music centre with CD-Player, radio and a tape deck (CD’s of various music styles are available).

Beside a cosy dinette the holiday flat has a separate fully equipped, new and modern fitted kitchen. Most modern kitchen technology offers you Cerium parboiling field with a stove/oven, refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a toaster, microwave oven and a coffee machine as well as an electric kettle. The floor mat of the kitchen is also new and complete the kitchen.

The bathroom is well-furnished with a bath with a bath tub with showering device, a hair dryer and a large cosmetic mirror.

In the separate entrance area there is a small wardrobe.

An iron and an ironing board are at your disposal.
