We’d like to show you the cosy holiday flat with 42 square metres. It offers a combined living- and bedroom, a large balcony, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with enough place for 2 persons.

The cosy living area is equipped with a coffee table, an big sofa and an armchair. The living area is flood with light from the large west window. The windows has got electric shutters.

The holiday flat offers Sat-TV with (50 transmitters), a DVD-Player and a radio with CD-Player.

A telephone is likewise available.

Furthermore the holiday flat has got a south/west balcony with a sund blind view on a garden.A balcony table and chairs are at your disposal.

The sleeping area offers a high comfortable double bed (senior size over 68 cm including mattress) with reclining duckboards and a special mattress for back pained persons. Furthermore the holidy flat has got a spacy wardrobe with a complete body mirror.

Beside a dinette with a large table and 3 chairs the holiday flat offers a separate fully equipped fitted kitchen with a a large window. The kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment, a microwave oven, an electric kettle as well as a coffee machine and a toaster.

The bathroom has a bath tub with shower device, a hair dryer and cosmetic mirror.

In the separate entrance area there is a small wardrobe.

An iron is at your disposal.

Please note that we have to calculate the final cleaning into the rental fee. Therefore we calculate the price within the final cleaning based on the number of the booked nights. For your reservation inquiry we will calcuate the price according to the requested nights.
