The comfortable living area is equipped with a 2-piece-seater seater, an armchair, a coffee table, flat screen TV/satellite-TV with over 50 channels, radio/Blu-ray player and a round dining table with chairs. All windows have electric shutters.
The sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable double bed (2 of 2 metres) with reclining duckboards and a special mattress for back pained persons. Furthermore the holiday flat has got a spacy wardrobe with a complete body mirror.
The apartment has a separate and modern fitted kitchen. Most modern kitchen technology offers you Cerium parboiling field with a stove/oven, an extractor hood, a refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a toaster, microwave and a coffee machine as well as an electric kettle and mixers.
The bright bathroom modern designed with a window is equipped with a shower, mirror unit with a cosmetic mirror, a hair dryer and a stool.
The large sunny west balcony with a sun blind and garden furniture offers you a calming view of trees and green.
In the separate entrance area there is a small wardrobe cabinet.

Please note that we have to calculate the final cleaning into the rental fee. Therefore we calculate the price within the final cleaning based on the number of the booked nights. For your reservation inquiry we will calcuate the price according to the requested nights.
