We’d like to show you this bright, modern and exclusive holiday flat with 42 square metres.

It offers a combined living- and bedroom, a large east-south balcony, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with enough place for 2 persons.

The cosy living area is equipped with a comfortable modern sofa and a large coffee table.

The holiday flat offers LED- SAT-TV, a Micro HiFi music centre with CD-Player Furthermore the holiday flat has got an east-/south balcony with a view on green and trees. Garden furniture (2 relaxing chairs, 2 sunshades and a big table) are at your disposal.

In all our holiday flats Internet Access (Wireless LAN) is free of charge!

The sleeping area is equipped with 2 single beds with reclining duckboards and is separate from the living area. The single beds can can be put together to make a double bed. A spacious wardrobe is also available.

The dinette with a table and 3 chairs is bright and let light into the big east- and south windows.

The holiday flat has a separate fully equipped fitted kitchen with a window to the south and offers a Cerium parboiling field with a stove/oven, a dish washer, a toaster, a coffee machine, an electric kettle as well as a refrigerator with a freezing compartment.

The bright and modern bathroom has a bath tub with showering device, a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror.

In the separate entrance area there is a wardrobe cabinet with a complete body mirror.

An iron and an ironing board are at your disposal.

For bicycle trips you will find two bicycles!

Plus health resort tax (main season 2,25 Euros per person and night, off season 1,45 Euros per person and night). For handicapped persons according to the kind of their handicap are reduced tax fees valid. Children up to 18 years age don’t pay any taxes.

Please note that we have to calculate the final cleaning into the rental fee. Therefore we calculate the price within the final cleaning based on the number of the booked nights. For your reservation inquiry we will calcuate the price according to the requested nights.
