We’de like to show you the exclusive and complete redecorated vacation home with 39 square metres. If offers a combined living- and bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bright and modern bathroom.
The equipment of this cosy vacation home is held in beautiful white and black colours and is harmoniously co-ordinated with accessories, pictures, carpets and the natural hardwood floor.
The comfortable living area is equipped with a designer 2-piece-seater, an armchair, a coffee table, a large sideboard, a flat screen TV/satellite-TV with over 40 channels, radio as well as a comfortable double bed.
Furthermore the vacation home has got a west balcony with a big Lounge with a 4-piece-seater in black, a sun blind and a beautiful view of the garden. A Balcony table and chairs are at your disposal.
Several plant arrangements complete the cozy atmosphere.
Guests of this holiday flat can use extra fast high-speed DSL next to the wireless LAN of the house!
Electric shutters are at your disposal.
Beside a cosy dinette with a large dining table made of solid wood with four chairs the vacation home has a separate new and modern fitted kitchen.
Most modern kitchen technology offers you a Cerium parboiling field, a dishwasher, a microwave oven combined with a grill, a refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a toaster and a espresso machine as well as an electric kettle.
The modern and bright bathroom has a shower on ground lever. There are a rain shower and as well as an extra massage shower.
A wash basin with a under cabinet, a hair dryer and a large cosmetics mirror are available..
For bicycle trips there you can use a bicycle.

Plus health resort tax (main season 2,25 Euros per person and night, off season 1,45 Euros per person and night). For handicapped persons according to the kind of their handicap are reduced tax fees valid. Children up to 18 years age don’t pay any taxes.
