We’d like to show you this completely redocrated, cosy and harmoniously coordinated apartment with 39 square metres. It offers a combined living- and bedroom, a balcony, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with enough place for 2 persons.
The apartment offers a comfortable large leather armchair and a 2-seater sofa as well a modern coffee table. In marble look.
The apartment offers Sat-TV (50 channels), a CD-Player and a radio clock.
The sleeping area offers a high comfortable double bed (senior size over 65 cm including mattress) with reclining duckboards. Furthermore the apartment has got a spacious wardrobe with a complete body mirror.
The apartment has got an east balcony with a view on many green and trees. Garden furniture are at your disposal. Until the afternoon you get bright morning sun through the large windows.
Beside a dinette in modern marble-look the apartment offers a separate kitchen. The new kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment, an electric kettle as well as a coffee machine and a toaster.
The bathroom has a bath tub with shower device, a new large and modern cosmetic mirror. A hair dryer is available.
In the separate entrance area there is a wardrobe.
An iron and ironing board are likewise available.

Price per night (including final cleaning and other fees)

Plus health resort tax (main season 2,25 Euros per person and night, off season 1,45 Euros per person and night). For handicapped persons according to the kind of their handicap are reduced tax fees valid. Children up to 18 years age don’t pay any taxes.

Please note that we have to calculate the final cleaning into the rental fee. Therefore we calculate the price within the final cleaning based on the number of the booked nights. For your reservation inquiry we will calcuate the price according to the requested nights.
