We’d like to show you the cosy and beautifully furnished apartment with 42 square meters. It offers a combined living- and bedroom, a large balcony, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with enough place for 2 persons.
The equipment of this holiday flat is combined and harmoniously co-ordinated with different brown colours.
The cosy living area is equipped with two relaxing armchairs and a coffee table. The holiday flat offers a large Plasma-TV with satellite television (more than 50 transmitters) and a CD-Player with radio (CD’s of various music styles are available).
A telephone is likewise available.
Furthermore the holiday flat has got a east/south balcony with view on green and trees. A balcony table and chairs are at your disposal.
The sleeping area offers a comfortable double bed with oversize height of 68 cm and reclining duckboards . Furthermore the holidy flat has got a spacy wardrobe with a complete body mirror.
Beside a dinette with a large table and 3 chairs the holiday flat offers a separate fully equipped fitted kitchen with a hatch to the dinette. The kitchen with large window is equipped with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave oven as well as a coffee machine and a toaster.
For your perfect cup of coffee there is a new de Longhi coffee machine for espresso, Latte Macchiato and many more at your disposal!
The bathroom has a brand new shower, hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror as well as a large towel heating.
In the separate entrance area there is a wardrobe.
An iron and an ironing board are at your disposal.
For bicycle trips are a bicycle for ladies and a bicycle for gentlemen at your disposal!
